Dental Insurance
Some businesses offer employee dental insurance packages. If this is you, please remember to bring the relevant paperwork for us to complete (we won’t have spare copies of these forms). It is best that you inform your dentist at the start of your appointment so that he/she can help you fill it out. Normally you will need the formal practice stamp and receipt from our reception as proof that you have received your treatment.
